  It's a pitty you can't give minus stars cos youd have minus the maximum amount I've been waiting on a parcel for over 3 weeks which there trying to say has been delivered but tracking is still showing up as in the sorting office. Been trying to phone for ages and keep getting no answer.

  Went two days in a row to collect a package and it was closed. Went there around 12pm an there was nobody there, even though they say they are open til 5pm. Tried again the following day around 1pm and again there was nobody there, so much for their opening times.
